Why choose me?
I am deeply committed to helping individuals unpack their identities and guiding them on a journey towards personal growth and self-discovery. My ultimate goal is to empower leaders to challenge and dismantle systems of oppression, including white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism.
I firmly believe that achieving true liberation, equity, and justice requires a deep understanding of how these systems operate and intersect. My approach goes beyond traditional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, as I challenge individuals to examine their own personal biases and their impact on data analysis, algorithms, program design, and implementation.
My work requires a high degree of trust and vulnerability, as we delve headfirst into these difficult and often uncomfortable topics. However, I am confident that with a willingness to learn and grow, together we can make progress towards a more equitable and just world.
